About us

Suze in Mayfair is more than a restaurant. Think gourmet food, think wine tasting dinners, think outside catering, think fabulous service, think intimate dinners, think private parties, think socialising with friends ... and most of all think the best of all of these, New Zealand/Australian style, available here in London.

As a result of their passion for presenting the best of New Zealand and Australian products, owners Tom and Susan Glynn have created an Australasian paradise for all food and wine lovers. Patrons of the ever -increasing UK market enjoy Suze' fresh and unique antipodean flavours, as well at the 'new world' wine experience. In fact Suze in Mayfair has one of the most comprehensive lists of New Zealand and Australian wines (by the bottle and glass) available on-premise in the UK, and brilliant menus to match.
