The carefully selected wine list at Suze in Mayfair is heavily biased in favour of the new world, and is one of the best selections of New Zealand wines available on-premise anywhere in the UK. Their comprehensive list of over 100 wines showcases well-known names like Montana, Kim Crawford and Cloudy Bay, as well as plenty of less familiar wineries. Plus there's always a few additional bottles waiting in the wings, for those with a taste for the rarer things in life!

Co-owner Tom Glynn's wine knowledge is extensive, gained through study and visiting most European wine producing regions. In 1983 he became a member of the Champagne Academy, an exclusive qualification to which only 16 candidates a year are invited to attend.

In 1996 Suze in Mayfair won New Zealand's Wine Taste Challenge in conjunction with Hotel and Restaurant Magazine, for which the criteria was providing the most apt and imaginative on-trade promotion pairing New Zealand wine with food, and good value for money to customers.
Suze in Mayfair has now become a mecca for top wine producers visiting the UK to showcase their wines.

Owners Tom and Susan regularly put on wine tastings and gourmet dinners in their private function room. These are hosted by the winemakers, with a special menu carefully compiled by Susan to perfectly complement the wines.
